We are excited to have the new APMS website online! With this upgrade, all existing members have been migrated from the old website. However we had to create new usernames and passwords.

In an effort to provide technical information and raise awareness of the science and practice of aquatic plant and algae management, the national APMS is working with the Midwest APMS in conference co-sponsorship and organization of a special symposium on the status and future outlook of aquatic plant and algae management at the Joint Aquatic Sciences Meeting (JASM) May 14-20, 2022 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

In summer 2021, APMS collaborated with the US Army Corps of Engineers, the American Water Works Association, and the North American Lake Management Society to offer a unique series of webinars summarizing the wide range of multi-disciplinary management strategies currently utilized to protect drinking water quality from the growing threat of harmful algal blooms.
