REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

General Information

APMS Membership – By registering for the annual meeting, you automatically become a member of APMS for 2025/2026!

Early bird Deadline – June 14 at 11:59pm EDT. After that, the price for a delegate registration will increase to $680, and to $1165 for Sustaining members. Exhibitor registration fee will increase to $1205

Sponsors – if you plan to help sponsor the meeting.
1. Signup for your sponsorship first , before registering for the meeting, as complimentary delegate registration(s) comes with the varying levels of sponsorship
2. You will receive coupons for your complimentary registrations via e-mail.
3. PLEASE NOTE – Sponsorship provides complimentary registration for up to 4 delegates. Please note those individuals on the sponsorship form and notify those persons. All other attendees from your organization must register separately as delegates.

Exhibitor – if you would like to exhibit your materials and information, please select the Exhibitor Registration on the form below. More exhibitor information is available here. Note exhibitors receive a single complimentary delegate registration.
Exhibitor Non-Profit – we offer complimentary registration for non-profit organizations with the purchase of a single delegate registration. Please select the non-profit option below and More exhibitor information is available here.
Sustaining Registration – this registration provides recognition in the annual program, along with a brief description of your company, and a single complimentary delegate registration
Delegate Registration – this registration is for single person attendees and includes all events associated with the meeting (President’s Reception, Awards Banquet, refreshment breaks, etc.). Annual dues to APMS is also included in the registration.
Student Registration – APMS provides complimentary registration to students that compete in the oral presentation and/or poster sessions. Please refer to the annual call for papers to signup for your presentation.
Student Registration (Non-competing) – for those students that attend the meeting but choose not to present, we offer a discounted registration. Please choose that that option below.
One-day Registration – this only includes attendance at the meeting and refreshment breaks for the selected day. Reception/Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. Dues for APMS is not included.
Honorary Members – for those honorary members that wish to attend the annual, APMS provides complimentary registration.
Children (age 12 and under) Banquet Meal – the banquet meal will be chef’s choice or chicken and fries. There is no charge for this option.
Guests – are nonbusiness-related individuals, such as your spouse. Guest fees include Receptions and the Banquet. NOTE: if you want to pay for your guest separately, then submit the registration form twice, once for you, and once for your guest (select ‘Separate Guest Registration’).
