CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. All guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEES
In the event a guest who has requested a room within your block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Omni Providence Hotel of any change in planned length of stay 72 hours before arrival.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one-night room and tax cancellation fee.

PARKING
There is a charge for valet parking. The overnight valet parking rate is $34.00 per car, however it may have changed since the contract was signed. The parking rates that are in effect during the dates of the meeting may be greater or less and will be applicable to those that choose to park with the Omni Hotel.
